Description

FIG. 1 is a front top and right side perspective view of a medical data input unit showing my new design with the display and antenna extended in the same direction as the base unit;

FIG. 2 is a front top and right side perspective view thereof with the display and antenna raised;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof with the display and antenna as shown in FIG. 1 on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof with the display and antenna as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof with the display and antenna as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof with the display and antenna as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view thereof.
