FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a tool handle showing our new design; and partially indicating with broken lines a scraper blade useable in conjunction with the handle;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left hand side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right hand side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along the line 6--6 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of a tool handle showing our new design and partially indicating with broken lines a scraper blade useable in conjunction with the handle;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a slightly enlarged left side view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a slightly enlarged right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken along the line 12--12 of FIG. 7.

The undisclosed rear views are mirror images of the front views shown. The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1, 3, 7, and 9 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
