FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being identical to the side shown;

FIG. 3 is an end view thereof, the side opposite being identical to the side shown;

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.
