FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a hand stamp handle showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof (the right side view is a mirror image of the left side view);

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The hand stamp depicted by means of broken lines in the figures has been shown for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
