FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a base for an insulated drinking can holder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof, all side views being identical.

The broken lines showing of the upper portion of the can holder is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
