FIG. 1 is a left side elevational view of the handle for a household utensil according to our new design, the right side view being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the handle for a household utensil of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof, as seen from the left side of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken lines represent, by way of illustration only, a head of a brush extending from the handle at its front, and form no part of the claimed design.
