FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view of the end opposite that shown in FIG. 4;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view with the cap member removed for convenience of illustration, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view rotated 90 degrees from the showing of FIG. 6, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 8 is an end elevational view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is an end elevational view of the end opposite that shown FIG. 8;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view of the cap member with the refill body removed for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 11 is a side elevational view of FIG. 10; and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 10.
