FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of the cannulated headed reamer;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of the cannulated headed reamer rotated 180.degree. from the view shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the cannulated headed reamer along its length.
