FIG. 10 is a perspective view of the fourth embodiment;

FIG. 11 is a left side elevational view of the first embodiment, with the undisclosed right side elevational view being identical in appearance thereto;

FIG. 12 is a left side elevational view of the second embodiment, with the undisclosed right side elevational view being identical in appearance thereto; and,

FIG. 13 is a left side elevational view of the third embodiment, with the undisclosed right side elevational view being identical in appearance thereto.

The undisclosed top, bottom, and rear views of embodiments 1-3 are identical in appearance to those shown in the fourth embodiment.
