FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the tongue for a boot showing a new ornamental design therefor;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof.

The rear surface of the tongue forms no part of the claimed design.
