FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the top, front and left side of a hand operated press for binding paper pads showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is perspective view thereof with the pressing bar shown at a lowered position;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 1, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of the hand grips in FIGS. 1 and 2 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
