FIG. 1 is a first side elevational view of a cardboard or plastic wastebasket showing my new design, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a second side elevational view thereof, the opposite end being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof showing flaps of the liner bag lock open to grasp part of a liner bag shown by broken lines; and,

FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along the lines 6--6 of FIG. 5.
