FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being identical thereto; and,

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof.

The broken lines in each of the FIGS. 1-4 show the cutting portion of the surgical saw blade, and are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
