FIG. 2 is a top elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 represents a top perspective view taken along lines 4--4 on FIG. 1.

The binder structure depicted by means of broken lines in FIGS. 1 through 4 has been shown for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
