FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a card reading-writing device with modem showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken in the direction of the arrows substantially along the lines 7--7 of FIG. 1, with the inner mechanism removed;

FIG. 8 is a referential perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a referential top plan view thereof with it turning on.
