FIG. 1 is an exterior view of binder or portfolio embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is an exterior view of an alternate embodiment of a binder or portfolio embodying my new design;

FIG. 3 is an interior view of an embodiment of the binder or portfolio of FIGS. 1 or 2; and,

FIG. 4 is an interior view of another embodiment of the binder or portfolio of FIGS. 1 or 2.

The binder or portfolio of the present invention has no appreciable thickness.
