FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view thereof seen from the oppostie side of FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view therof; and,

FIG. 8 is a view similar to FIG. 3, but showing a syringe in broken lines, the syringe forming no part of the claimed design.
