FIG. 4 is a right side view of the pedestal closure assembly of FIG. 1, the left side view being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the pedestal closure assembly of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the pedestal closure assembly of FIG. 1.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1 through 6 are used to show visible enviromental structure, and form no part of the claimed design.
