FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof, taken from the side opposite that illustrated in FIG. 1.

The ornamental design for a filter for a hand held vacuum cleaner, as shown and described.
