The present application is related to U.S. design application Ser. No. 29/128,448, filed Aug. 25, 2000, and entitled “Closed Travel Guide”. These two applications are co-pending and commonly assigned.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an open travel guide showing our new design; and,
FIG. 2 is another perspective view thereof.
The portion of the ornamental design comprising the text, “Hello, Arthur It will be rainy later today, 60 f so remember to take an umbrella. Also one of the nightclubs you like is having an even tonight. Would you like to find out more?” is disclaimed.
The portion of the ornamental design comprising the text, “guide directions, search, weather, directions, reservations, favorites, emergency, 1:43pm, Tuesday, Aug. 1st, 2004 London, England Menu” is disclaimed.
