FIG. 2 is a side view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view taken on line 3—3 of FIG. 1.

In the drawings, the broken lines shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 show interior drive lugs which do not form a part of the claimed invention.
