FIG. 4 is a left end elevational view of the FIG. 1 holder ;

FIG. 5 is a right end elevational view of the FIG. 1 holder;

FIG. 6 is a view like FIG. 1 showing the holder folded;

FIG. 7 is a view like FIG. 2 showing the holder folded;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of the FIG. 6 folded holder; the bottom plan being similar;

FIG. 9 is a left end elevational view of the FIG. 6 folded holder; and,

FIG. 10 is a right end elevational view of the FIG. 6 folded holder.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a cannula and tube holder, substantially as shown and described.
