Description

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of an article adapted to be secured to a disposable oil filter to facilitate the removal thereof.

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 3 front elevational view thereof with the rear elevational view being mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof with the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken along the lines 5—5 of FIG. 1, and showing the blind square cross-sectioned bore in the article.

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken along the lines 7—7 of FIG. 6, corresponding substantially to that of FIG. 5, and showing the through square hole in the article.

FIG. 8 is a partial elevation/partial sectional view of a third embodiment of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a reduced scale elevational view with the broken line showing of an oil filter being for illustrative purposes and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 10 is an enlarged elevational view corresponding to that of FIG. 9 with the broken line showing of a fragmented ratchet and oil filter being for illustrative purposes and forming no part of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 11 elevational view corresponding to FIG. 10 showing an alternate environment with the broken line showing of a fragmented wrench and oil filter being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental appearance of an oil filter removal nut, substantially as shown and described.
