Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a new design for a fan head assembly;

FIG. 2 is a right elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of the fan grills, bottom members, handle, frame and apertures is included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the fan head assembly and forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a fan head assembly, as shown and described.
