FIG. 2 is an enlarged fragmentary side elevational view of the upper right quarter quadrant of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 3 is an enlarged fragmentary side elevational view of the lower right quarter quadrant of FIG. 1 .

The broken lines in the drawings represent unclaimed environmental subject matter.
