Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a portable electronic device providing cellular phone and/or personal digital assistant (PDA) functions, wherein an input apparatus is positioned beside the display panel of the portable electronic device for the user's convenience of scrolling, selecting, or clicking items/objects displayed on the display panel. The input apparatus is capable of replacing a lot of hot keys.
