Description

The file of this patent contains at least one drawing/photograph executed in color. Copies of this patent with color drawing(s)/photograph(s) will be provided by the Office upon request and payment of the necessary fee.

The FIGURE is a front view of a graphical user interface sub-unit for a computer monitor showing our new design.

This design is a view of a screen shown on a computer monitor. The view is from a program which compares two or more images of spots of separated molecules (e.g. peptide molecules) from different samples in order to find matches between the images. The program assigns different colors to the spots depending on whether or not they match with a spot in one or more of the other images. This makes it easier for an operator to see which molecules are present in all the samples and which are present in only one or a few of the samples.

The perimeters of the portion of the underlying computer monitor and the graphical user interface sub-unit are understood to be flush.

Claims
