FIG. 1 is a enlarged perspective view of a medical model of the human brain with implanted deep brain stimulation leads showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a back view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof.

The broken lines showing of a human brain are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the medical model of the human brain with implanted deep brain stimulation leads that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a medical model of the human brain with implanted deep brain stimulation leads, as shown and described.
