Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of an electronic device with a graphical display element in an embodiment of the present invention; and,

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, shown without unclaimed portions.

The broken lines showing the display screen of an electronic device in all the figures and the broken lines showing the text and various portions of the graphical display element in FIG. 1 are for the purpose of illustrating unclaimed portions of the electronic device with a graphical display element and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a electronic device with a graphical display element, substantially as shown and described.
