FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the envelope of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the envelope in a second, partly folded, orientation;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the envelope of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a is view of the envelope in a third, completely folded, orientation, from a first side;

FIG. 6 is a view of the envelope of FIG. 5 from a second side opposite the first side;

FIG. 7 is a plan view of the envelope in a fourth, completely unfolded, orientation;

FIG. 8 is a plan view of the envelope of FIG. 7, with a first panel folded; and,

FIG. 9 is a plan view of the envelope of FIG. 7, with two panels folded.

The broken line showing of portions of the envelope is included for the purpose of illustrating environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed design.
