FIG. 11 is a perspective view thereof; shown in a folded position of use.

The broken lines of the insect pest control delivery device are directed to unclaimed features and environment. The portion of the plant or tree shown in FIG. 11 is directed to unclaimed environment. The broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for insect pest control delivery device, as shown and described.
