FIG. 2 is a front view of the portion of a display screen with icon of FIG. 1, showing the design in an environment of use on an unclaimed mobile terminal

The mobile terminal including symbols and features drawn in broken lines forms no part of the claimed design.

The dot dash broken line surrounding the design in FIGS. 1 and 2 represents the boundaries of the claim and forms no part thereof.

The ornamental design for a portion of a display screen with icon, as shown and described.
