FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view wherein the broken line showing of the lens and top surface of the chips have been omitted for ease of illustration thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is an opposing side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is front view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a back view thereof.
