FIG. 3 is a rear elevation thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a right side view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a left side view thereof.

The broken lines are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the video converter and form no part of the claimed design.
