FIG. 1 is a front/top, right-side perspective view of a first embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 2 is a front/top, left-side perspective view of the first embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 3 is a front view of the first embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 4 is a top view of the first embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 5 is a right-side view of the first embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 6 is a left-side view of the first embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 7 is a front/top, right-side perspective view of a second embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 8 is a front/top, left-side perspective view of the second embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 9 is a front view of the second embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 10 is a top view of the second embodiment of the surgical instrument.

FIG. 11 is a right-side view of the second embodiment of the surgical instrument; and,

FIG. 12 is a left-side view of the second embodiment of the surgical instrument.

The rear view of the first embodiment of the surgical instrument is a mirror image of the front view shown in FIG. 3, and the bottom view of the first embodiment of the surgical instrument is a mirror image of the top view shown in FIG. 4.

The rear view of the second embodiment of the surgical instrument is a mirror image of the front view shown in FIG. 9, and the bottom view of the second embodiment of the surgical instrument is a mirror image of the top view shown in FIG. 10.

The broken lines are for the purpose of showing an illustrative driver bit for the surgical instrument, and forms no part of the claimed design.
