Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with icon, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second embodiment thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view of a third embodiment thereof.

The broken line showings of the display screen in all of the figures and portions of the icon in FIG. 1 form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with icon, as shown and described.
