FIG. 2 is another front view thereof in which a display screen in broken lines is provided to illustrate an example environment.

The dot dash lines in the figures represent an unclaimed boundary line and form no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with icon, as shown and described.
