Description

FIG. 1 is a front/right-side perspective view of a pulse generator of a first embodiment of my design showing having four lead receptacle holes in a front face of a header of the pulse generator and two setscrew holes on the right and left sides thereof.

FIG. 2 is a front/left-side view of the pulse generator of FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a rear/right-side view of the pulse generator of FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a rear/left-side view of the pulse generator of FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view of the pulse generator of FIG. 1.

FIG. 6 is a right side elevation view of the pulse generator of FIG. 1.

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the pulse generator of FIG. 1.

FIG. 8 is a front elevation view of the pulse generator of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 9 is a left side elevation view of the pulse generator of FIG. 1.

The broken line showing is included for the purpose of illustrating environment and forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

I claim the ornamental design for a lead connector header of an implantable pulse generator, as shown and described.
