FIG. 6 is a front view of the combined strap and cradle for wearable medical monitor of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a combined rear view of the strap and cradle for wearable medical monitor of FIG. 1.

The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the combined strap and cradle for wearable medical monitor that form no part of the claimed design.

The combined strap and cradle for wearable medical monitor is shown with a symbolic break in its length. The symbolic break in the drawings indicates that any portion of the article beyond what is shown forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a combined strap and cradle for wearable medical monitor, as shown and described.
