FIG. 3 is an opposite plan view from that of FIG. 2 of the polishing pad shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 4 is a side elevation of the polishing pad shown in FIG. 1.

The pattern designations shown in the figures are not intended to claim the specific patterns but are instead intended to claim that the pattern in the outer ring (e.g., FIGS. 1 and 2) is different than the fibrous pattern in the center and backside of the pad (e.g., FIGS. 1-3).
