FIG. 2 is a front view of the hands free breastfeeding aid in a state of use in which it is worn by a user; and,

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the hands free breastfeeding aid in the state of use in which it is worn by a user.

We claim the ornamental design for a hands free breastfeeding aid, as shown and described.
