FIG. 1 is the first image in a sequence for a set of display screens or portion thereof and frame with animated graphical user interface showing our new design in which a secondary transparent-display screen is shown overlapping the main display screen;

FIG. 2 is the second image thereof in which the transparent-display is shown in an alternate position;

FIG. 3 is the third image thereof in which the transparent-display is shown in an alternate position;

All of the aforementioned subject matters shown in broken lines do not form part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-12. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a set of display screens or portion thereof and frame with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
