FIG. 1 is the first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is the second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is the third image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is the fourth image thereof.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4. No ornamental aspects are associated with the process or period in which one image transitions to another image.

The outermost dash-dot-dot broken lines illustrate the display screen or portion thereof. The dashed broken lines illustrate portions of the animated graphical user interface. The innermost dash-dot broken lines illustrate a boundary line. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.
