In FIGS. 1-16, the dot-dash broken-line perimeter illustrates a display screen and forms no part of the claimed design. The dashed broken lines outside this perimeter illustrate an electronic device and form no part of the claimed design. The dashed broken lines within this perimeter illustrate portions of a graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design. The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4 in a first embodiment, FIGS. 5-8 in a second embodiment, FIGS. 9-12 in a third embodiment, and FIGS. 13-16 in a fourth embodiment. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
