Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof;

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-12 and 13-24. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The outer broken lines in FIGS. 1 to 12 illustrate a display screen or portion thereof and the outer broken lines showing of the mobile phone in FIGS. 13 to 24 is for environmental purposes only. The remainder of the broken lines in the figures show portions of the graphical user interface. None of the broken lines form part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
