Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing our new design in accordance with a first embodiment, wherein the display screen is flat except that it is curved on the right side;

The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in FIGS. 1-44 show portions of the display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in FIGS. 45-96 show portions of the display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface and the mobile phone and form no part of the claimed design.
