Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of the first image of a first embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a third image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a fourth image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view of the first image of a second embodiment of a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface;

FIG. 6 is a second image thereof;

FIG. 7 is a third image thereof;

FIG. 8 is a fourth image thereof;

FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of the portion defined by dot-dash broken lines shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of the portion defined by dot-dash broken lines shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of the portion defined by dot-dash broken lines shown in FIG. 3;

The appearance of the transitional graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-4 and between the images shown in FIGS. 5-8. The process or period in which one image transitions to another in each sequence forms no part of the claimed design.

The outer dash-dash broken lines in the FIGS. 1-8 show a display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design. The remainder of the dash-dash broken lines of the figures show portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines defining portions of the claimed design that are illustrated in enlargements form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

I claim the ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
