Description

FIG. 1 is the first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is the second image thereof;

FIG. 3 is the third image thereof;

FIG. 4 is the fourth image thereof;

FIG. 5 is the fifth image thereof;

FIG. 6 is the sixth image thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the portion bounded by dot-dash line in FIG. 1, shown isolated for clarity of disclosure;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the portion bounded by dot-dash line in FIG. 2, shown isolated for clarity of disclosure;

FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of the portion bounded by dot-dash line in FIG. 3, shown isolated for clarity of disclosure;

FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of the portion bounded by dot-dash line in FIG. 4, shown isolated for clarity of disclosure;

FIG. 11 is an enlarged view of the portion bounded by dot-dash line in FIG. 5, shown isolated for clarity of disclosure; and,

The outermost dashed broken-line rectangle illustrates the display screen or portion thereof and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining dashed broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface and form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines illustrate the boundary of the claimed design and form no part thereof.

The appearance of the graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 through 6 and FIGS. 7 through 12. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with transitional graphical user interface, as shown and described.
