FIG. 1 is a front perspective view a card holder in a closed position;

FIG. 2 is a back perspective view thereof. A portion of the back surface on the wing portions of the card holder and through the unclaimed window on the card holder may not be visible during normal use. Therefore, a view disclosing such unseen portion is not included. However, the unseen portion of the back surface on the card holder is substantially planar and unornamented;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left-side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right-side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines depict portions of the card holder that form no part of the claimed design.
