Description

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an exclamation-shaped cheering device showing the new design.

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the back view being the same as the front view.

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof, the right side view being the same as the left side view.

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken lines represent portions of the star-shaped cheering device that form no part of the claimed design.
